CRAVEN CLASSIC RACING FIELD HARRISON AND COWARD IN HISTORIC JUNIOR AND SENIOR RACES
Craven Classic Racing with Ted Woof will again be out in force at this year’s Classic TT Races, with former race winners Dean Harrison and Jamie Coward leading the team’s challenge in both the Historic Junior and Historic Senior races.
Both Harrison and Coward will campaign the Honda CB350 K4 in the three-lap Historic Junior race on Monday 24th August, with the duo in action four days later in the Historic Senior race, held over the same distance. The pairing will both ride a 500cc Manx Norton, with Harrison’s effort also supported by Chris Hughes Racing.

The duo are no strangers to success at the Classic TT with Harrison taking no less than four victories across the classes between 2013 and 2018. One of those came in the 2015 Senior Classic TT race when he piloted the Black Eagle Racing MV Agusta to victory, taking second in the same race the following year.
His association with Craven Classic Racing began three years ago when he stepped in to replace the injured Coward. The partnership proved immediately successful, with the Ballaugh-based rider winning the Classic Senior Manx Grand Prix and setting the fastest lap of the race at 111.395mph on the Manx Norton. In race conditions, that remains the fastest lap ever recorded by a British-built single-cylinder machine around the Mountain Course.

After missing the 2024 event, the seven-time Isle of Man TT winner returned last year to finish second to Paul Jordan in the single-lap Historic Junior Classic TT and third in the Historic Senior Classic TT aboard the team’s Matchless G50
Coward, meanwhile, has a long association with the team which spans as far back as the inaugural Classic TT event of 2013. Between then and 2019, Coward racked up an impressive total of seven podium finishes in the Historic Senior and Junior classes, the highlight being victory in the latter in 2019.

He too can boast laps of 110mph+ on the Manx Norton, with recent years seeing him finish fourth in the Historic Senior race of 2022 and third in the Historic Junior race twelve months ago when he joined Harrison on the podium.
