HOW TO FOLLOW CLASSIC TT
In less than a week’s time, the Isle of Man will hit rewind, as the sights, sounds, and spirit of a golden era return for the much-awaited Classic TT, taking place alongside the much loved Manx Grand Prix. The clock will turn back and the Mountain Course will once again echo to the thunder of iconic machinery.
Whether you’re here on the Island, tuning in from home, or following on the go, there are plenty of ways to immerse yourself in the nostalgia, heritage, and high-speed drama of this year’s event.
RADIO TT & LIVE TIMING
First and foremost, you can tune into Radio TT - the ultimate biker’s station. With big voices and fan favourites talking you through every lap, you’ll hear live coverage from commentary points at Glen Helen and Ramsey Hairpin, bringing you updates from the Mountain Course as it happens. Available on AM, FM, and DAB, as well as online via the Classic TT live Timing service: timing.iomttraces.com, Radio TT will keep you connected to the roar of the racing wherever you are in the world.
Alongside the live broadcast, full live timing will be available, giving you an instant view of every sector and lap time. If you want to follow the Manx Grand Prix, you can follow the timing at timing.manxgrandprix.co.uk. When both classes of bike are on course, you will be able to use either timing service and filter by which class is on track. On days when there is only one class, you will need to use the timing service of the appropriate session.
LIVE BLOGGING
The Classic TT is more than just a race against the clock, it’s about the stories and the characters that make it unique. That’s why, this year, you can also follow the event through Live Blog Updates throughout each session and race, available within the live timing platform. It will deliver the narrative of the action as it unfolds, highlight those stand-out moments, and capture the short stories that define the event. Perfect for when you can’t listen to the radio, the Live Blog will ensure you still know exactly what’s happening on the roads.
THE TT PODCAST
Building on the coverage, fans can also enjoy special Classic TT editions of The TT Podcast, recorded live from the Beer Garden Stage. A particular highlight will be a special ‘Joey’ episode, recorded on Thursday 28th from the Joey Pop-Up Exhibition - a look back to that famous 2000 treble, told by those who were there, or close to those involved.
YOUTUBE
Over on the TT’s official YouTube channel, you’ll be able to watch short race highlights after each race, as well as a series of four special Classic TT editions of the popular Round-Up shows. Hosted by Chris Pritchard, Lee Johnston, and Tom Birchall, these shows blend news, analysis, and behind-the-scenes access from the Classic TT paddock with a dose of light-hearted banter.
Together, they’ll guide you through the day’s key moments on the Mountain Course, take you around the paddock to soak up the sights and sounds, and give you a closer look at the iconic machinery that makes the Classic TT so unique. With Tom and Lee’s first-hand racing insight and Chris’s energetic presenting style, the Round-Up shows promise the perfect mix of informed commentary and entertainment – a must-watch for fans.
