Beyond the Paddock launches ahead of TT 2026

BEYOND THE PADDOCK: BRAND NEW SERIES LAUNCHES ON TT+

The road to the TT doesn’t start on the grid. It starts long before the visor drops. As the focus turns to the 2026 Isle of Man TT Races, Beyond the Paddock launches as a new original series on TT+, offering insight into the people, plans and decisions that shape every TT campaign long before race week arrives.

Hosted by Chris Pritchard, the series steps away from the immediate intensity of the Mountain Course to focus on preparation, judgement and responsibility. Each episode brings fans closer to the riders and teams as they navigate change and ambition in the months leading into TT.

The build-up starts here, with weekly episodes and more content rolling out as the TT approaches.

EPISODE ONE: DOM HERBERTSON

The opening episode features Dom Herbertson, a rider whose last 12 months have been anything but plain sailing.

Meeting Chris Pritchard at the Creg-Ny-Baa, one of the most recognisable points on the TT course, Herbertson reflects on the sudden collapse of WTF Racing late in the run-up to TT 2025. With just weeks to regroup, the challenge became whether, and how, to keep moving forward.

What followed was a reminder of the community that surrounds the TT. Support arrived from teams, sponsors and individuals, allowing Herbertson to return to the Island and take the start despite minimal preparation time. It is an experience he describes as overwhelming, and one that underscored what the event represents beyond the racing itself.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2026

Attention then turns firmly to the future. Herbertson heads into TT 2026 with factory backing from Triumph, joining KTS Racing with a clear opportunity and clear expectations. Across every solo class, the focus is on steady progression and performance earned through preparation rather than shortcuts.

The conversation explores what pressure really means at this level, not as something to be avoided, but as a responsibility and, in Herbertson’s words, a privilege.

THE BUILD-UP STARTS HERE

Episode One of Beyond the Paddock with Dom Herbertson is available now on TT+, with further episodes releasing as the countdown to TT 2026 continues.
