Charity Partner 2026: GNAAS

The Isle of Man TT Races has confirmed the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) as the Official Charity Partner for the TT and Classic TT events in 2026.

The Great North Air Ambulance Service provides critical care across the North East, North Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Isle of Man. Its specialist doctors and paramedics deliver advanced, hospital-level treatment at the scene of serious incidents, responding by both air and land to patients who are critically ill or injured. As a registered charity, GNAAS relies primarily on public and corporate support to sustain its operations and maintain its aircraft and critical care teams.

GNAAS has been delivering life-saving critical care support on the Isle of Man since 2022, responding to serious incidents and assisting with emergency transfers to specialist hospitals in the United Kingdom. Working in partnership with Manx Care, the service provides advanced medical interventions at the scene, including procedures that would otherwise only be available in a hospital setting.

The Great North Air Ambulance Service has completed over 70 missions to date in support of the Isle of Man. The service plays an important role for both residents and visitors, and ongoing charitable funding is essential to ensure its continued operation. This partnership aims to raise the additional £124,000 required to support the provision of the service on the Island.
