Where is the Official Box Office?The Official Box Office can be found at the TT Grandstand on Glencrutchery Road, Douglas, IM2 6DA

What are the Official Box Office Opening Hours?

Practice Days    25th – 31st May (inclusive)           12:00 – 20:00
Race Days          1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th June  09:00 – 20:00
Non-Race Days     2nd, 4th and 6th June    12:00 – 17:00

 

Can I buy a ticket on the day? You can purchase tickets right up until the start of an event by visiting iomttraces.com or by calling the Hotline 0844 453 9077. Alternatively you can visit the Official Box Office at the Main TT Grandstand on Glencrutchery Road subject to availability.

How can I pay for my ticket? Online purchases can be paid for via credit or debit card. Tickets purchased at the Official Box Office can be paid for by debit or credit card, or cash. Tickets are subject to a 2% service fee and VAT. 

Can I book a ticket for someone else or as a gift? Yes

How many tickets can I book at once? There is no restriction on ticket purchases

Do children need a ticket for an Official Grandstand? Yes, children who need their own seat will need a ticket for access to an Official Grandstand

What is the minimum age for the VIP Hospitality Suite events? An age limit of 16 applies to the VIP Hospitality Suite Race Day Hospitality events - under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.  For all other events please see the individual ticket description for age restrictions.

YOUR TICKET

When will I receive my Official Grandstand ticket? You will receive an e-ticket which will be sent to the email address that you have provided once payment has been made

When will I receive my Official VIP Experience ticket? You will receive an e-ticket which will be sent to the email address that you have provided once payment has been made

When will I receive my Official VIP Hospitality (Race Day only) Experience Pack? You will receive an email confirmation for your order once payment has been made. Official VIP Hospitality Experience packs will be posted out in April. Official VIP Hospitality Experience packs for Classic TT will be posted out in July.

What happens if my posted tickets don’t arrive in time? You will need to contact us at iomttraces@gov.im or via the Hotline on 0844 453 9077.

Are the Official Grandstands wheelchair accessible? Disabled seating is only available at the Main TT Grandstand, subject to availability. Please book by emailing iomttraces@gov.im.

Is the VIP Hospitality Suite wheelchair accessible? Yes.

ON-SITE FACILITIES

Are there any cash points at the Official Grandstand sites? No, there are currently no cash points at any of the Official Grandstands locations, the nearest cashpoint is approximately 1km away.

What facilities are at the Official Grandstand sites? At the Main TT Grandstand and Noble’s Park Grandstands, both adjacent to Glencrutchery Road, you have access to wi-fi, a wide variety of food and drink, merchandise opportunities, toilets, parking and live off-track entertainment and live race commentary. You can also access the paddock and see the riders!  

At the Creg ny Baa Official Grandstand, you will have access to the famous Creg ny Baa pub, which serves food and drink, parking and live race commentary. You will also be able to access Wi-Fi on the Grandstand.

Once I go into an Official Grandstand, can I leave and return later in the day? Yes, however you will need an entry stamp and your ticket for re-entry, so please look after it!

Where can I park? At the Main TT Grandstand and Noble’s Park Grandstand, parking is available within Noble’s Park - follow the event signage

At the Creg ny Baa Grandstand, please follow the event signage

VIP Hospitality Experience ticket holders will receive a parking pass allowing access to the dedicated VIP Car Park as part of their VIP Hospitality Experience Pack

Disabled Parking? A limited number of disabled car parking spaces are available. Please see a steward upon your arrival and you will be advised accordingly

HOW TO GET TO THE LOCATION 

Public Transport

The VIP Hospitality Suite and all Official Grandstands can all be accessed by bus - please see Bus Vannin’s website for more info - https://www.gov.im/categories/travel-traffic-and-motoring/bus-and-rail/

There are also a number of taxi companies on the Isle of Man which can provide travel to all Official locations

Where can I park overnight? Overnight parking is not permitted at any of the Official locations 

What time do the Official Grandstands open?

For Qualifying days all Official Grandstands are open from 17:00 to 21:30

On race days all Official Grandstands are open from 09:00 to 21:30

What time does the VIP Hospitality Suite open?

For Race Day Hospitality events, the VIP Hospitality Suite will open 09:00hrs and will close at 17:00hrs.

For other events, please see the details specified on the ticket.

DELAYS, POSTPONEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Official Grandstand Tickets – Qualifying Dates

Tickets cannot be refunded unless stated below.


If racing takes place on the date specified on the ticket, whether a full schedule is completed or not, – no refund is available

If racing is cancelled (i.e. no bikes are released onto the TT Course) on the date specified on the ticket a refund can be requested by visiting the Official Box Office located at the Grandstand, Glencrutchery Road or by calling the Hotline within 7 days from the original event date.

Official Grandstand Tickets - Race Dates

Tickets cannot be refunded unless stated below.

If racing takes place on the date specified on the ticket, whether a full schedule is completed or not, – no refund is available. I.e. if one race of a two race schedule is completed then no refund will be available.

If racing is cancelled or postponed (i.e. no bikes are released onto the TT Course) on the date specified on the ticket, the ticket is valid for the following day subject to race scheduling.

Where this is not possible, a refund can be requested by visiting the Official Box Office located at the Grandstand, Glencrutchery Road or by calling the Hotline with 7 days from the original event date.      

Official Experience Tickets – Race Day VIP Hospitality

Bookings are made for VIP Hospitality on a particular day, irrespective of whether racing is postponed, delayed or cancelled. A full day’s hospitality will be provided on the specified ticket date. Tickets cannot be refunded for any reason.

Official Experience Tickets

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled or where there is a material change (making the event materially different to the event that the ticket purchaser could responsibly expect) to the event. 

Tickets purchased as part of a package

If you purchased your tickets from one of our Official Travel Partners you will need to contact them directly should you need to arrange a refund.

All refunds to be requested within 7 days of the specified ticket date

OTHER

Are the Official Grandstands covered? No

Will there be security at the Official Grandstands? Yes, there will be stewards in attendance. You should report any issues to the stewards in the first instance.

Where does my VIP Hospitality Experience ticket entitle me to go? Your VIP Hospitality Ticket allows you entry to the VIP Hospitality Suite and to the exclusive VIP Grandstand located within the grounds of the VIP Suite. 

Platinum VIP Hospitality Tickets also allow access to a variety of exclusive areas including the Startline, the Grid, the Winner’s Enclosure and the Post-Race Press Conference

Once I go into the VIP Hospitality Unit, can I leave and return later in the day? Yes you can, however you will need to present your pass upon re-entry

What items are not allowed in the Official Grandstands? The following items are not permitted in any of the Official Grandstands:
- Glass bottles
- Alcohol
- Animals (except Guide Dogs)
- Drones or Remote Controlled Aircraft
- Lasers
- Fireworks/Pyrotechnics

What items are not allowed in the VIP Hospitality Suite? Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or drink into the Suite. No animals are permitted except for Guide Dogs

Can I bring a guide dog onto a Grandstand or the VIP unit? Yes you may. However we would recommend booking a seat on the front row of the Grandstand for additional room for your dog. No other pets or animals are permitted onto the Official Grandstands or VIP Hospitality Unit.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

Can I take photos or film whilst in an Official Grandstand? Yes, provided it is for personal use only and not for commercial purposes
